FuzzyLogic was founded in 2000 by Richard de Villiers. Richard remains the Managing Director of the company.
In 2000 the Internet and front-end software solutions in general were in their infancy and the opportunities to provide enterprise-grade business automations abounded.
Computer systems of the past have been known for their rigour, inflexibility and lack of human-friendliness. The name FuzzyLogic comes from a logical principal whereby a software system is designed to manage the “grey area” that is inherent in human thinking. So the principal is instead of making humans conform to systems, rather to make systems that understand people.
Our unique approach of getting inside the minds of our customer’s businesses and thinking from inside their circumstances has been the key formula to the impact of our solutions in the corporate world.
